Installation systems

Choose the method after reading the conditions.

Material specifications and site conditions decide the method. SKYECON reviews both before promising a result.

01.1

Floating systems

Laminate and LVP with attention to flatness, underlay, expansion, door jambs, cuts and transitions.

01.2

Glue-down systems

LVP and engineered hardwood with substrate preparation, adhesive compatibility, spread, open time and rolling pressure considered.

01.3

High-control layouts

Double glue-down, wide plank and herringbone where sequencing, layout and product requirements carry more consequence.

01.4

Visible finish work

Stairs, nosings, returns, baseboards and tight-to-tile transitions where alignment remains exposed after handoff.

Documentary proof

Service areas

Established local pages remain where customers expect them.

The Lower Mainland is the current focus. Okanagan pages remain available for select work; project availability depends on scope, material, schedule and travel.
