Outcome before activity
Define what must work before selecting tasks, technologies, or appearances.
British Columbia technology company
SKYECON is the public technology brand of Skyecon Contracting Ltd., a British Columbia company. It develops owned software and commissioned systems for government and commercial organizations.
Company model
Owned-product development and bounded commissioned delivery operate in parallel. Both strengthen a controlled internal base of code, workflows, infrastructure, tests, and operating knowledge. Customer assignments bring concrete constraints; product work creates new assets and reusable knowledge.
Reuse is never automatic. Each engagement defines ownership, licensing, security, deployment control, acceptance criteria, and support obligations. Existing capability should shorten delivery without creating hidden lock-in or overriding customer requirements.
Operating principles
Define what must work before selecting tasks, technologies, or appearances.
Inspect the environment, dependencies, authority, and failure consequences first.
Repair the mechanism where possible instead of stacking another temporary layer.
Distinguish development proof, submitted work, acceptance, release, and real-world outcome.
Document decisions, interfaces, limits, and responsibilities so the work can continue responsibly.

SKYECON is interested in product opportunities and bounded operational problems where a clear result can be built, reviewed, accepted, and handed over.
