01 / Current work

Current work / public evidence

SKYECON shows an externally incorporated contribution and real development work—specific, reviewable evidence rather than unsupported claims.

Upstream contribution — Hermes Agent

Merged upstream · 03 October 2026

Accepted upstream into Hermes Agent.

A SKYECON-authored fix for local-runtime GPU detection and automatic backend selection on Intel and AMD systems was incorporated into the public Hermes Agent main branch, with regression coverage.

Development case — Transcript Studio

A review workspace built around the source.

A SKYECON development project exploring local transcription, source-linked review, and human correction. Demonstrations use synthetic demonstration content. It is not a B.C. government deployment.

02 / Operating model

We build our own software and systems for customers.

What SKYECON builds

01

Owned software

Products and systems chosen and developed by SKYECON, with public claims matched to their actual readiness.

02

Commissioned systems

Bounded work for government and commercial customers, designed around the actual problem and its acceptance criteria.

How capability is governed

01

Fit before reuse

Inspect compatibility, security, and the operating environment before including an existing component.

02

Provenance and terms

Decide ownership, licensing, security, deployment control, acceptance, and support for every engagement.

03

Reviewable handoff

Keep clear acceptance and documented handoff so customers understand what was delivered and how it operates.

04

Claim discipline

State what was built, what was tested, and what remains unproven.

03 / Priority opportunity

B.C. government is a priority market.

Government organizations face consequential operational problems where privacy, records, accessibility, authorization, review, and defensible handoff matter. SKYECON brings first-hand problem knowledge of this environment, making it an important market for commissioned systems and future products.

The same operating discipline applies to commercial organizations with comparable operational constraints. Customer ownership, licensing, and deployment control are decided explicitly rather than assumed.

For an initial discussion, describe the outcome, present constraint, and acceptance test. Do not send credentials, protected records, private source code, recordings, or sensitive data.
