A private, source-linked Windows transcription and review system built by SKYECON to run locally.
Release status
Transcript Studio is in final Windows and Microsoft Store release qualification. It is not yet offered for public download or sale.
Use boundary
It creates a machine-generated working transcript and navigation aid—not a certified or official transcript. Important passages, timestamps and speaker labels require verification against source audio.
Product boundary
Local processing describes the ordinary product workflow; it does not by itself establish legal authority, jurisdictional compliance or universal accuracy.
Best fit
A consequential problem with a reviewable finish line.
A good first engagement can be reproduced, measured and improved without taking control away from the people responsible for the decision. A prototype, private repair or open contribution is never presented as accepted or released work.
